Stop racial profiling
Black people and People of Color are the daily targets of racial profiling by the police. On trains, at train stations, in public places – but also here in our neighborhood.
This has enormous psychological, social and economic consequences for those affected.
Racist police checks go beyond individual checks, they show people every day that the racist and capitalist state can simply do what it wants with them.

You cant evict a movement!
Preventive detention is the name given to locking people up to prevent criminal offenses.
This measure is mainly used for soccer fans and (climate) activists.

-Il a été prouvé que les pistolets à impulsion électrique (également appelés Taser) sont mortels. En effet, aux Etats-Unis, plus de 1000 personnes sont mortes à cause des Tasers. De plus, en Allemagne, il y a eu 4 morts rien que depuis 2021. Pourtant les autorités banalisent les tasers en les qualifiant “d’armes non létales”. Il ne faut pas normaliser les tasers.

La vidéosurveillance ne crée pas plus de sécurité, Elle n’empêche pas les gens de commettre des délits, certains la contournent, d’autres s’en moquent.
Mais la vidéosurveillance fait que les gens se sentent constamment surveillés et adaptent leur comportement.
Les données jouent en outre un rôle central dans l’espionnage des opposants et la répression des minorités.
Éviter les traces de données nous protège – pas de vidéosurveillance dans notre quartier!

Les personnes noires et les personnes de couleur sont quotidiennement la cible de “profilage racial” de la part de la police dans les trains, les gares, les lieux publics – mais aussi ici, dans nos quartiers.
Cela a d’énormes conséquences psychiques, sociales et économiques pour les personnes concernées.
Les contrôles de police racistes vont au-delà des contrôles individuels, ils montrent chaque jour aux gens que l’État raciste et capitaliste peut tout simplement faire ce qu’il veut avec eux.
STOP AU PROFILAGE RACIAL !
Bulle d’explication supplémentaire : le profilage racial décrit le contrôle et la fouille des personnes noires et des Personnes de couleur par la police. Cette mesure est prise sans soupçon ou motif concret, simplement sur la base d’attributions racistes.

Bunun; ırkçı uygulama ve profillemeye maruz kalanlar için çok büyük psikolojik, sosyal ve ekonomik sonuçları var.
Irkçı polis kontrolleri bireysel kontrol olmanın ötesine geçerek, insanlara her gün ırkçı ve kapitalist devletin “beyaz olmayanlara” istediğini yapabileceğini.

Önleyici gözaltının önceliğinde protestoları ve fikirlerin ifade edilmesini önlemek vardır. Gözaltı süresi tekrar tekrar uzatılmalı ve uzatılmalıdır.

Seit 1989 wurden mindestens 327 Personen durch Kugeln der deutschen Polizei getötet. In psychischen Ausnahmesituationen. Bei Fahrerflucht. Bei Zwangsräumungen. Beim Diebstahl eines Kaugummis. Statt zu deeskalieren, zu unterstützen und aufzufangen schießt die Polizei. Wir brauchen soziale Lösungen für soziale Probleme!

Videoüberwachung schafft nicht mehr Sicherheit. Sie hält Menschen nicht von Straftaten ab, manche umgehen sie, anderen ist sie egal.
Videoüberwachung führt aber dazu, dass sich Personen ständig überwacht fühlen und ihr Verhalten anpassen.
Daten spielen außerdem eine zentrale Rolle bei der Ausspähung von Oppositionellen und der Unterdrückung von Minderheiten.
Das Vermeiden von Datenspuren schützt uns – keine Videoüberwachung in unserem Kiez!

Stop Racial Profiling
Schwarze Menschen und People of Color werden täglich Ziel von Racial Profiling durch die Polizei in Zügen, an Bahnhöfen, an öffentlichen Plätzen – aber auch hier bei uns im Kiez.
Das hat für die Betroffenen enorme psychische, soziale und ökonomische Auswirkungen.
Rassistische Polizeikontrollen gehen über einzelne Kontrollen hinaus, sie zeigen Menschen täglich, dass der rassistische und kapitalistische Staat mit ihnen einfach machen kann was er will.
Nicht in unserem Kiez! Gemeinsam gegen Racial Profiling!

5. Präventivgewahrsam
Protest lässt sich nicht wegsperren!
Präventivgewahrsam nennt sich das Einsperren von Personen, um Straftaten zu verhindern.
Angewandt wird die Maßnahme vor allem bei Fußballfans und (Klima-)Aktivist*innen.
Sie dient dort vor allem zur Unterbindung von Protest und Meinungsäußerungen. Immer wieder soll der Gewahrsam ausgeweitet und verlängert werden.
Wir fordern: Präventivgewahrsam abschaffen!
